Yachtracing Start Timer, Log and Tactics...Starting in yacht racing can be problematic since sometimes you miss a signal and have to try to sync up with the 4 minute signal or even worse the 1 minute.
Normal starting watches cannot change the preconfigured countdown time.
If you turn on the gps the app will tell you your speed over time.
The app will also give you hints on when to tack based on how your direction.Usage: When you look at the startline push the wind dir button when you sail straight into the wind.
This will help the app to know when you should tack.
When you are waiting for the start procedures you can click the 5, 4 or 1 min button to start the timer.
It will count down and after the start it will show your speed.
The app will give audio feedback on the speed and time to start.
You can choose between 6/5/1 or 5/5/1 start procedure.Use this app with caution unless you own a waterproof phone.Latest fix is that I added a log to the app so you can see your speed in knots if you turn your gps on.
The speed is also spoken fromm the app so you can hear the difference between current speed and what it was a few seconds ago if it has changed.
You can enable/disable the speech with the menu.Also fixed localization for english/swedish and more countries are planned.Also added a meu at the bottom to change default starttime and mute sound
